What is music therapy?

Music therapy uses the inherent restorative and healing qualities of music as a means of bringing about positive change through interaction, emotional communication and self-expression within the safe structure of a therapeutic relationship.

Our Clients

Music therapists work with adults and children of all ages, either individually or within a group setting

How we work

In music therapy both the client(s) and therapist actively engage in creative music making together. Clients can be verbal or non-verbal, diagnosed and living with conditions or still be undergoing their initial assessment.
